and then we ate it all, as per usual

i’m in my usual dinner hostessing mood after being out of town for a while, and have had 2 successful dinner parties this week (after being fed by ang at her place on sunday). monday’s menu:

1. garlic bread (credits to ang)

2. avocado, goat cheese, quinoa salad. mine turned out more like this (because i was too inpatient for the quinoa to cool, and so it made everything else melt a little. but it still tasted fantastic)

3. pesto chicken and zucchini from dan and beth’s garden (the zucchini, not the chicken)

today’s menu was less menu and more throwing things into my wok.

1. my standard no lettuce/spinach salad, but better than usual due to very ripe avocados

2. salmon with onions, bok choy, and fingerling potatoes.

oh, and i also really like this picture of whitney. i must have said something hilarious :)
